Mister is a very sweet guy with a wonderful work ethic. He belongs well with other horses, of any genders. He is very happy in the middle of the mares’ herd… and that is probably what happens when you name a horse “Call Me Mr” ! But Mister lives well with everyone; actually, he shares his pasture with Chimo (senior stallion), Pirate (pony stallion), Taz (gelding) and the baby guys, with no problem at all.

Mister is avery well trained gelding (English dressage) that we use essentially on trail and as a training horse. He is for an intermediate/good level rider. He wants so much to please his rider that he can be somewhat insecure at first by not knowing/understanding what that new rider wants. Once all cues are clear and with a confident rider, he is the best mount ever. Very powerful, elegant and flashy, we would love to see him somewhere he will be work on a very regular basis (Mister loves work. He gets bored easily when he is not worked. But he loves also to just be groomed and pet by his favorite human...)

On trail, Mister would prefer to have a more experienced rider, not because he is difficult to handle, but because he likes to trot, canter and gallop! But he will go walking quietly if we ask him and he gets on well with other ridden horses, those who are strangers to him. We have taken him to unknown places with more than 20 horses unknown to him without any problem.

During Summer time and when weather permits, Mister is daily trained as he demonstrated that he loves to work and to do much more than just trail riding. This guy loves attention and he loves to show off, so time will tell if we made the right choice for him by offering him for sale!

Taz is a very, very sweet gelding who comes to us on Spring 2008 from USA. Taz does not possess the typical curly conformation as he looks more like a TB, with a lot of MFT (actually, he posseses the gaited Curlies' conformation through his MFT blood). But he possesses the typical Curly coat and temperament: sweet, curious, happy to be with his humans friend, Taz is a nice looking guy with a lovely movement.

Taz does perfectly all ground work. He stands still for the vet and the farrier, let us clean his sheath and loves all kind of pets.

When weather permits, Taz is ridden almost every day, gently coming back fit and well muscled. We ride him with a bitless bridle as well as with a regular soft snaffle bit and he goes well with both. Easy going, he is such a good boy ! His favorite activity is to stand still by your side, hanging with his human friends.

We got the opportunity to go on trail, alone, with Taz and he is amazing ! He walks straight forward, with no hesitation, curious about his surrounding, but not afraid at all. We walked also on a busy road and cars do not disturb him a bit. Wow !

For its part, Chingko will look a lot like his dam. Powerful and strong, he is also the fastest of our 2009 foals and the engine is in that powerful rump!

Personality aside, Chingko can be quite shy, but some people will attract him much, when he will be more reserved with others. Chingko is quite nervous, sensitive and intelligent, like his dam. However, he loves hugs and attention, with the distinction of his sire, which produced a right blend and a very nice model.

This colt is the second Chimo and Nymph had together, and Camino is very similar to the first one, Nymo, in a more elegant model. Camino is friendly, curious and endearing. He is also an extreme, which means he is extremely hypoallergenic and probably homozygous for the curly gene.

Passion's is registered with CSI as Breeding Improvement stock. Meaning his bloodlines have value to CSI to improve Curly sport horse lines. He can be inspected at a CSI inspection, but he is not eligible for CSI HOY awards. He can be the top scoring horse at the inspection however (meaning he can be the inspection site champion).

Passion is "The Dream Horse": all black, with a long double splited mane and a thick tail to the ground, this guy takes your breath away! Passion shows outstanding vitality and strength. He has boundless curiosity and he has inherited the classiness of his parents. He possesses dreamy gaits and has an excellent temperament. I told you, he is The Dream Horse!

His beauty is breathtaking and he knows it. Passion is a charmer and he uses all the seducer's tricks: he gives you very tender kisses, breathes a light and warm breath on your neck and does some mane effect to provoke an immediate addiction to him...

As when he was a foal, Passion still loves to play. He has great deal of fun with Nanza and Chimo ( see some pictures here ). His mother is the alpha mare of the herd and Passion is very aware of his status as the queen's son . However, like his mother, he is not at all aggressive with the other horses; he dominates by his sheer presence.

We began his training under saddle and he is a very attentive student who works hard to please his teacher. He learns fast and quick, always willing to go further. He is sensible with not too much sensitivity and he places all his confidence in his rider if he trust him. So you have to be his friend before thinking to be his "master" which is, anyway, the way that we use with all our horses!

Passion is available for a limited amount of breedings to outside mares.

Dagobert is a wonderful and sweet gelding. His has the same sire as our mares Pritcha and Funnyface (who is now in Germany). His dam is a 17,3 hh percheron and she gave him the size and bones, but Dagobert has inherited more of his sire's sport type conformation than his dam’s draft one and we think that he should be a good hunter/jumper prospect.

Dagobert is currently on training with his new human, in England. Here is what Hilary wrote us, last December : Dagobert is doing so well at school, we are doing our first dressage tests on 25th January ! This week, he has started some pole work and cavaletti jumps. Love it ! His favorite activity is a trail ride in the countryside.

Zack belongs to Bruce and Marlene Tilson from Tall Trees Curlys located in Bonfield, Northern Ontario. Bruce and Marlene asked us to bring Zack to our place to give him the opportunity to work and not only to be a pasture ornament. Zack is for sale.

Zack is very sweet and gentle, very easy to handle, even by kids. And because he is a true Curly, he can be stubborn as well, you just need to be more stubborn than him and everything will go well!

On trails, he likes to trot and to play "monster in the wood". He is following orders, but he does not like to be alone (without other horses). He possesses basic western training and goes well under English saddle also, even if he does not know fancy tricks (dressage’s movements).

Zack is now Mary-Lee's best friend and he lives at St-Jerome, QC.
